About Our Company:
We`re a young, scrappy and angel-backed startup building awesome web applications for small businesses in the US. The founder is a UCLA graduate with a background in web marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Our angel investor and advisors have extensive experience in the web and investment industries.
We`re looking for rockstar software developers who want to engineer a top-tier web application, love to build cool stuffs, work hard, can communicate well, and have a personality that fits in with ours. This individual should also be comfortable making key decisions from an engineering standpoint, and able to run with them.
Although we`re in stealth mode now, we will be very open with the right candidates so they have all the information they need to make a decision about their careers. As a team, there is a lot of passion for our business and our mission, and we want our next developer to share that passion.

What we want you to do:
- You will be in charge of developing our flagship product
- New products development and release
- Drive new feature releases from beginning to end
- Provide thoughtful input at all stages of product development
What you`ve ideally already done:
- Expertise with Web MVC frameworks, PHP/Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL, Database optimization
- Active contributing to the open source software community
- Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial, risk-taking, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- A desire to do whatever it takes to get it right
- Passion for crafting an amazing consumer experience
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- A degree in computer science or equivalent experience, but not required.

Compensation:
In a startup, we think equity is more important than cash. We want people who believe in a startup and like working in the startup setting. If you`re looking to make a huge salary, please do not apply for this job.

Preferably you’re willing to relocate to Hong Kong in the near future, but for truly exceptional candidates, we’re willing to find ways to let you work from elsewhere too.
